I burn the file to DVD-R or DVD-RW using either Ulead or Arcsoft. Play the DVD in my Panasonic S55 or my Toshiba DVD standalone players. Video plays, A/V Other DVD's I've recorded, including those from DV play perfectly. Also including all DVD's recorded from TV, my VideOh!, etc. What am I missing? Help. Zub.

The usual answer is DVD burning.... but you already have software for that if you have a DVD burner. Both of my books are totally about MM2, The page about Importing Source Files > Video > Recorded TV is probably the furthest I've gotten in exploring different codecs to create AVI files for MM2 use.

The DVD Builder component really wasn't that good, but the Creator Classic component (for burning data disks) is one of the best they ever offered. I'm using Roxio Easy Media I used mpg files recorded from TV with Replay TV; recorded using "Standard" quality. I used Video ReDo to cut out the commercials.
